Account Executive

Handle full set of accounts, includes General ledger, account receivables, costing and stock accuracy

· Involve with month-end closing & ensure the financial report are prepared on an accurate and timely manner

· Prepare monthly accounts reconciliation activities and resolve accounting related issues.

· Assist in various accounting matters, statutory reporting requirements, preparation of management report, annual budget and forecast

· Ensure the consistency, accuracy and timely reporting of management information

· To ensure all accounting and financial records, and procedures comply with company's policies & accounting standard procedures and related statutory and tax requirements

· Perform checks on Inter-Company Billing Transaction

· Any ad-hoc task delegated by superior from time to time

Requirement

· Basic accounting knowledge is required

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)

· Experience with SQL Accounting Software and Warehouse Management System (WMS) are an added advantage

· Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
