Job Description:

  1. Adhere to planning procedures and performance metric assigned by supervisor to ensure efficient production processes.
  2. Monitor daily and weekly production orders to ensure timely completion and shipment of units.
  3. Responsible toward weekly Production Build Plan, ensuring its accuracy and timely communication to relevant parties by the end of the preceding week.
  4. Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accuracy and support seamless production operations.
  5. Ensure 100% on-time delivery (OTD) to customers by overseeing the shipment process and addressing any potential delays promptly.
  6. Generate and monitor Job Traveller (PT) released for Production.
  7. Collaborate with the relevant team (Purchasing, Production & Store) to ensure units are completed and shipped as per established plan.
  8. Provides regular updates on production progress and shipment status to Program Managers.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Logistics / Supply Chain or any related field.
  • Minimum 2 - 4 years related experience in planning or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
