This is a full-time position as a Personal Assistant to the Company Director of RSP
Architect Sdn Bhd, based in KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur. You will be an integral part of the senior leadership team, providing high-level administrative and executive support to ensure the smooth running of the Managing Director's office and the wider business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Property Management
- Oversee the maintenance, upkeep, and tenant relations for the director's personal and investment properties.
- Coordinate with property managers, vendors, and contractors to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
Legal & Banking Liaison
- Serve as a point of contact with the director's lawyers for legal matters, document preparation, and meetings.
- Facilitate communication with banks and financial institutions for loans, accounts, and other financial services.
Shareholder & Financial Management
- Oversee the maintenance, upkeep, and tenant relations for the director's personal and investment properties.
- Coordinate with property managers, vendors, and contractors to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
Debtor & Credit Management
- Manage and track outstanding debts owed to the director or their businesses.
- Implement collection strategies, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain debtor records.
Record Keeping
- Maintain confidential and accurate records of all financial and asset information.
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets as needed for director's review.
Administrative & Ad-Hoc Support
- Handle a wide range of unexpected and urgent tasks assigned by the director to provide broad support.
- Perform administrative duties, manage schedules, and organize meetings to ensure smooth operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Finance/ Management, or related field
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Excellent stress management and time efficiency under tight deadlines
- Professional presentation and interpersonal communication
- Familiarity with legal documentation processes (conveyancing, loans, sub-sale)
- Preferably male candidate
