Sales - Education Consultant (Location: Pulau Tikus, Penang)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be competent and well-versed on all institutions and its programs' offerings represented by the Company;
  • Attend to prospective students and parents by guiding them in choosing the right institutions and courses;
  • Handle and follow up closely on all walk-ins, email enquiries, incoming calls and leads from recruitment activities in a prompt and effective manner, to ensure all enquiries are successfully converted into applications;
  • Provide assistance and advice on submission of course application, visa application, accommodation, scholarship, travel arrangement and any other after-sales service;
  • Plan and participate in student recruitment activities, such as school fairs, education fairs, seminars, workshops and others;
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team in developing creative and impactful marketing materials, advertisements, etc.;
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in any field (
    Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
    );
  • Candidates with relevant working experience will have an added advantage. Sales experience in the education industry is preferred;
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English ; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage;
  • Strong negotiation, customer service and relationship management skills;
  • Able to work independently with least supervision as well as part of a team;
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel;
  • Available positions at office located at Pulau Tikus Plaza (Penang Island)
