laboratory supervisor

· Ensure lab follows SOPs, safety, and environmental rules.

· Supervise lab assistants and testing work.

· Perform and check lab tests for accuracy.

· Update and maintain lab SOPs and records.

· Manage data in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

· Handle and report lab data properly.

· Oversee waste disposal and safety practices.

· Maintain and calibrate lab equipment.

· Support admin, purchasing, and coordination tasks.

· Work with other departments and suppliers for smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Animal Science, Agricultural Science or a closely related discipline.

· Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a laboratory setting and/or experience as a Research Assistant.

· Familiar with LIMS system preferred.

· Knowledge of good lab practices and safety.

· Detail-oriented and analytical.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.
