Job Overview

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. This role involves financial reporting, analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support business operations effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accurately record financial transactions in the accounting system, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Process and review store invoices, payments, staff expenses, corporate credit card transactions, and supplier bills.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) with proper documentation.
  • Assist senior executives with accounting and procurement tasks.
  • Maintain organized financial records and ensure proper documentation of purchase requests, quotations, and invoices.
  • Track and monitor orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies with vendors.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial information for reporting.
  • Maintain and update supplier records, including contact details and pricing.
  • Work closely with the inventory team to assess procurement needs.
  • Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines.
  • Handle additional tasks assigned by management as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
