Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch customer service in line with Kids 21 standards.
  • Consistently work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Exhibit a strong sense of fashion and a deep knowledge of our product range.
  • Assist with the overall store presentation, including visual merchandising, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Support inventory control and handle additional tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualifications with credits in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mathematics.
  • Prior experience in luxury fashion retail (fashion or kids-related) is a plus.
  • Approachable, sales-oriented, and a team player.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Work Location - Pavilion KL / The Gardens / Seibu, TRX
