QA/QC Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project / team and manage clients.
• Establish and document processes to ensure quality consistency.
• Analyze workflows to identify and implement process improvements.
• Inspect and test products or services against specifications.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections and tests for compliance purposes.
• Communicate findings and escalate major problems to relevant teams.
• Confirm that finished products meet customer or regulatory standards.
• Identify potential quality risks and create plans to mitigate them.
• Conduct regular audits to confirm adherence to established processes.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Quality certifications like Six Sigma, ISO 9001, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) is an added advantage.
• Proven experience as a QA/QC or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, well-organized, result-driven, and able to work independently.
• Capable of working under minimal supervision and delivering results within tight deadlines.
• Must possess own transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
