We're looking for a dedicated and proactive Client Success & Support Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you'll split your time between client success operations and customer support, helping clients achieve great results while ensuring users receive quick, friendly, and accurate assistance.

Main Responsibilities :

Maintain and Client Success :

You'll be part of the team that ensures our clients get the best out of Rewardz.

  • Manage the daily operations of assigned client accounts — from onboarding to campaign execution.
  • Coordinate campaign launches and product updates with internal teams (Partnerships, Operations, and Tech).
  • Track key performance metrics and share insights or recommendations to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Support Client Success Managers (CSMs) with reports, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Use platform data to identify trends and improve client engagement.

Maintain as Customer Support :

You'll be the friendly face (and voice) of Rewardz for our users and clients.

  • Be the first point of contact through email and chat to provide quick, accurate, and helpful responses.
  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction by solving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Escalate complex cases to the right teams while keeping clients updated.
  • Spot recurring issues and suggest improvements or self-service solutions.
  • Help create and update FAQs and support guides to make things easier for users.

Requirement :

We're looking for someone who loves helping people, enjoys working with data, and can thrive in a fast-moving environment.

  • 2–3 years of experience in client success, account coordination, or customer support.
  • Excellent English communication skills , both written and spoken.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented with good time management.
  • Comfortable using Excel or reports to support client conversations.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys working with clients and takes pride in delivering great service every day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
