What You'll Do

Serve as a trusted partner to clients — understanding their needs, resolving issues, and guiding them through effective use of our platform.

Investigate and troubleshoot application, data, and infrastructure challenges with precision and accountability.

Deliver user enablement sessions and internal training to help both clients and colleagues become product experts.

Collaborate with product and development teams to enhance performance, validate releases, and ensure solutions land smoothly.

Capture insights from client interactions to drive improvements in usability, efficiency, and overall client experience.

Use AI-assisted tools for diagnostics, triage, and communications — continuously refining your workflow and maintaining a prompt library of learnings.

Who You Are

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Financial Engineering, or a related discipline.

Bring 1+ year of experience in application support, software development, or client-facing technology roles (fresh graduates with sharp analytical skills and strong initiative are welcome).

Comfortable navigating tools like Jira, Confluence, SQL Server, and familiar with Java or React (bonus points if you've worked with reporting tools like SSRS).

A logical problem-solver who communicates clearly and connects well with people.

Curious, adaptable, and motivated to grow within the dynamic world of FinTech.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
