Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new enrolment opportunities for SPEED's programmes and trainings.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and government partners.
  3. Achieve sales targets and contribute to SPEED's overall revenue growth.
  4. Plan and implement marketing strategies for programmes, certifications, and events.
  5. Manage digital campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  6. Develop marketing materials, brochures, and promotional content.
  7. Promote and support SPEED's conferences, workshops, and seminars.
  8. Represent SPEED at exhibitions and networking events to generate leads.
  9. Maintain client databases and deliver excellent customer service.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  2. At least 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education or training industry.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful marketing campaigns.
  4. Good working knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

§  Experience in corporate training and B2B sales.

§  Familiarity with the higher education and professional development sectors.

§  Proficiency in using marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
