Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps.
  • Design, develop and update training materials (slides, modules, assessments).
  • Conduct and facilitate training sessions, including onboarding, soft skills, and functional training.
  • Coordinate external trainers and manage training logistics.
  • Manage training schedules, attendance, and training records.
  • Upload and maintain content in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare monthly reports.
  • Support talent development, career progression, and leadership programs.
  • Ensure compliance with mandatory/regulatory training requirements.
  • Support learning culture initiatives and employee development activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • At least 1–2 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Experience in HRD Corp processes, claims, grant applications, or training requirements is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
