JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To prepare and provide the following documents for each job:

  • Product drawings.

  • Bills of materials and material specifications.
  • Collect manufacturing and application information/inputs necessary to carry out cost savings program and improve functional products designs.

  • To assist in preparing products documentation such as:

  • Operating and Service manual, parts manual.

  • Instruction manuals/installation instruction.
  • To assist in collecting manufacturing and application information for cost savings program and improve functional products designs.
  • Ensure job order and product record keeping.
  • To manage the parts maintenance and accuracy in ERP system included part revision and job order entry process with approval.
  • To provide technical support to production in troubleshooting, design review and mechanical installation.
  • Participation in prototype production testing, commissioning and performance evaluation.
  • Active communication with relevant departments on BOM changes/updates.
  • Prepare and escalate Engineering Change Notice (ECN) to the relevant parties.
  • Liaise with the sales department for job order technical appendix features inquiry & escalation to superior review.
  • Liaise with principal on design and material updates.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronic engineering, or automotive engineering.
  • Preferably with 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Experienced in BOM creation and maintenance in ERP system would be added advantage.
  • Ability to perform analysis and calculation of material figures and mechanical properties.
  • Meticulous and able to work under fast-paced work environment.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
