  1. Position Summary

We are seeking a highly capable and intellectually curious Full Stack Developer to join our team in delivering cutting-edge digital asset services aligned with regulatory standards. The role involves end to-end development across the stack, with a particular emphasis on secure, scalable systems and blockchain integrations.

Ideal candidates will be highly self-motivated, proactive problem-solvers with a deep passion for their craft—whether in work or outside interests. While we value collaboration, we prioritize those who take initiative and actively seek solutions before seeking assistance. A philosophical or deeply reflective mindset is preferred but not mandatory; what matters most is genuine engagement and

ownership in one's work.

  1. Key Responsibilities

  2. Lead and participate in full software development lifecycle activities, from requirements

gathering and design to deployment and support.

  • Develop robust and visually intuitive front-end user interfaces.

  • Build and maintain secure, efficient, and scalable back-end services and APIs.

  • Integrate blockchain technology where relevant, ensuring secure and compliant

implementations.

  • Own features end-to-end: from ideation to monitoring post-deployment.

  • Collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, and regulatory partners to deliver

reliable, real-world solutions.

  • Conduct code reviews and continuously seek to improve system performance, security, and

maintainability.

  1. Required Qualifications & Experience

  2. Minimum 6 years' experience in full stack software development roles.

  3. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

  4. Proven experience working independently on complex technical challenges.

  5. Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

  6. Demonstrated ability to self-educate, troubleshoot independently, and drive outcomes with minimal oversight.
