About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage inventory, ensure proper stock control, and support smooth warehouse/store operations. The ideal candidate is organized, responsible, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
  • Ensure accurate storage, labeling, and organization of all items.
  • Perform regular stock checks and update inventory records.
  • Prepare, pack, and issue goods based on internal requests or outgoing orders.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock situations to supervisors.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the storeroom or warehouse.
  • Handle documentation such as delivery orders, stock forms, and inventory logs.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments for stock-related matters.
  • Operate warehouse tools/equipment (e.g., pallet jack, forklift — if applicable).

Requirements

  • SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, inventory systems).
  • Physically fit and able to handle moderate lifting.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
