工作职责 Job Scope :
- Respond to customer inquiries via omnichannel.
- Resolve customer issues and provide accurate product or service information.
- Record customer feedback and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved cases.
要求 Requirements:
- 有客户服务经验者优先.
- Fluent speaking in Mandarin & English due to market support required.
