工作职责 Job Scope :

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via omnichannel.
  2. Resolve customer issues and provide accurate product or service information.
  3. Record customer feedback and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
  4. Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved cases.

  • Fluent speaking in Mandarin & English due to market support required.
