Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth daily operations. The role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, and assisting the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and management.
  • Arrange and coordinate the packing, posting, and delivery of company assets to candidates and internal departments.
  • Maintain proper tracking records for all dispatched assets to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain and update records, sales database, and filing systems.
  • Manage and assign lists to the CRM systems.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and sales appointments, ensuring proper communication with all parties involved.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins and redirect them to the sales team.
  • Support the team in tracking sales performance against targets.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports accurately and on time.
  • To perform any other tasks as directed from time to time by the Management.

Job Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • knowledge of Google Drive tools is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
