About the role

Baiwei Minibowl Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this full-time role based in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive the company's continued expansion within the local market.

What you'll be doing

  • To formulate and execute a comprehensive investor relation program that effectively communicates the company's strategy, growth drivers, operational performance, and long-term value proposition.
  • To craft company's core messaging for all external stakeholders and ensure consistency and clarity.
  • To assist in managing the development and distribution of high-quality IR materials, including quarterly earnings releases, scripts, and investor presentations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for financial analysts and investor and plan further for all investor conferences, group pitching session, and one-on-one meetings.
  • To monitor changes in company's shareholder base and target potential investors while maintain strong relationships with current institutional holders.
  • To execute background check for all potential investor to avoid competitor sneak into investor presentations session.
  • To create SOP to ensure efficient and satisfied investor onboarding plan from the first advertisement launch until pitching session by CEO.
  • Synthesize feedback, sentiment, and perceptions from the investment community to provide internal insights that inform strategic and operational decisions.
  • Assist in preparation for quarterly earning calls, including drafting Q&A documents.
