About the role

This is a full-time Sales cum Admin Executive role based in Puchong, Selangor. You will be responsible for supporting the sales team and handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Attend to walk-in customers and introduce company products.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery orders accurately.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Maintain and update customer and sales records.
  • Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams on order processing.
  • Keep the showroom clean, organized, and ready for customers.
  • Support management with general administrative or ad-hoc duties.

What we're looking for

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar sales or administrative role, preferably in the Client & Sales Administration industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and internal stakeholders effectively
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with attention to detail
  • Customer-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
