About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant Intern to provide administrative and operational support to management in a dynamic oil and gas services environment.
This role offers valuable hands-on experience in administrative coordination, business operations, and industry support functions.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry, record-keeping, and document management accurately and efficiently
Assist in tracking project deadlines, and delivery timelines
Take and prepare minutes of meetings, ensuring follow-up actions are documented and tracked
Prepare and format reports, letters, and presentations using Microsoft Office
Handle general administrative duties such as scheduling, printing, and correspondence
Provide support to the management team in day-to-day office operations
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive company information
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Possess a good working attitude, willing to learn, and takes initiative
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management abilities
Responsible, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
Must be able to work on-site (Monday to Friday)
Own laptop preferred
No prior experience is required — training will be provided
