Job Responsibilities

  • Take charge of full-stack development for Client's GaaS (Game as a Service) one-stop game development platform, using for both front-end and back-end services.

  • Responsible for the design and optimization of the platform's core service architecture, including API design, database design, microservices governance, and performance tuning.

  • Improve the service experience for game development studios by enhancing platform stability and developer usability through technical solutions.

Actively utilize AI-assisted programming tools (such as GitHub Copilot and various Agent tools) to improve development efficiency and continuously optimize team workflows.

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of full-stack development experience, solid understanding of computer fundamentals, strong background in data structures and algorithms, and proficient programming skills.

  • Proficient in and its ecosystem, with experience in both front-end and back-end development; familiar with database design, API design, and microservices architecture.

  • Skilled in using AI-assisted programming tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and other Agent tools), capable of effectively leveraging AI to enhance development efficiency and code quality.

  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills; product-minded, able to think from the perspective of game development studios when designing platform features.

  • Proactive in summarizing and documenting technical knowledge, willing to share insights, with good communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

  • Passionate about programming, quick to learn, intellectually curious and motivated; prior knowledge or strong interest in the gaming industry is a plus.

  • 负责平台核心服务架构设计与优化,包括API设计、数据库设计、微服务治理、性能优化等工作;

  • 负责游戏开发商服务体验优化,通过技术手段提升平台稳定性和开发者使用体验;

  • 积极运用AI辅助编程工具(如GitHub Copilot、各类Agent工具)提升开发效率,持续优化团队研发流程。

岗位要求

  • 1-3年全栈开发经验,深刻理解计算机原理,有良好的数据结构和算法基础,扎实的编程能力;

  • 熟练掌握Node.js及相关生态,具备前后端开发能力,熟悉数据库设计、API设计、微服务架构等;

  • 熟练使用AI辅助编程工具(GitHub Copilot、Claude、ChatGPT等Agent工具),能够有效利用AI提升开发效率和代码质量;

  • 具备优秀的逻辑思维能力,善于分析和解决问题,具备产品思维,能站在游戏开发商角度思考平台功能设计;

  • 善于总结沉淀技术文档,乐于分享,有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神;

  • 热爱编程,有较强的学习能力,有强烈的求知欲、好奇心和进取心,对游戏行业有一定了解或兴趣者优先。
