We're Hiring: Internship – MTDC Academy

Location: UPM-MTDC

Division: Technology Ecosystem Development (MTDC Academy)

Duration: Internship Programme 6 Months

Are you passionate about technology, innovation, and developing Malaysia's future talent? Join MTDC Academy and gain hands-on experience in programme management, ecosystem building, and stakeholder engagement. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside industry experts driving Malaysia's technology ecosystem forward.

What You'll Do

Programme Support & Coordination

  • Assist in coordinating training and talent development programmes.
  • Support logistics, registration, and materials preparation for events.
  • Provide on-site assistance during workshops and outreach sessions.

Marketing & Communications

  • Prepare promotional materials and digital content for social media platforms.
  • Support marketing campaigns to increase programme visibility and engagement.

Documentation, Monitoring & Reporting

  • Compile participant data and feedback.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.

Strategic Ecosystem Development

  • Liaise with internal teams, universities, and partners.
  • Support communications with clients and stakeholders.

Administrative Support

  • Provide clerical and administrative assistance (filing, scheduling, correspondence).
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (ongoing or completed) in Creative Multimedia, Business, Management, Communications, IT, or equivalent.
  • Strong interest in programme management, technology, and ecosystem development.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
  • Active participation in university clubs, projects, or volunteer work is a plus.
