Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain of company's full set accounts. including all audit tax computation and related matters.
  • Ensure timely & accurate monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
  • Ensure all accounting process comply with internal guidelines, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain the company's petty cash float.
  • Prepare and process Reimbursement Claims on a weekly basis
  • Receives, issue receipts and deposit all cheques collected from external and internal clients
  • Prepare payment vouchers and other documentation for various company expenses.
  • Prepare Bank Reconciliation
  • Maintain, update, and organize accounting records and filing systems for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
  • Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, company secretary and bakers on company accounting matters.
  • Undertake special assignments ad hoc functions and other duties as and when requested by the superior
What We're Looking For
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience in accounting (Fresh graduates with strong academic background are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and audit procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
  • Knowledge of UBS Accounting System is an added advantage
  • Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Willing to work in Kuantan, Pahang.
