IMMEDIATE VACANCY
Job Scope & Responsibility:
- Issue PO & Email PO to supplier for placing an order, follow up with supplier for goods delivery.
- Issue DO & Invoice to customer when receive order, process order, ensure proper delivering goods to customer
- Handle Accounts, bank reconcilliation, A/R, AP, participate in audit etc
- Receiving and physical checking of goods delivered
- Handle stock checking on a regular basis to ensure stock accuracy
- Handle Imports and Exports documentations with Customs Clearance, respective Permits applications and arranging of logistics delivery
- Assist with admin office on day to day documentation and fillings, ensure proper filing of all documents
- Daily work order preparation for production department
- Check & update daily production record and stock balance and monthly production report.
- Contacting government department for information/clarification
- Contacting various stockholders for business operation purposes
- Handle exisitng certification standards such as ISO 22000 and Halal and participate
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required
Requirement:
• SPM, Diploma fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• At least 1 year of prior and similar experience is preferred.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and computer literate. (including MS Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)
• Knowledge in AUTO COUNT software is an advantage.
• Candidate should possess the following traits such as mature mindset, has initiative, self motivated, responsible, works with integrity and discipline and possess positive attitude.
• Candidate is preferred to work independently. Possess good customer service and inter-personal relationship skill
• Must be able to speak English and Bahasa Melayu
• Job location - Johor Kempas
