About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive, Insurance to join our Credit Management Group. In this role, you will be responsible for handling insurance-related operational and administrative tasks, supporting collection activities, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal departments and external insurance partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle insurance-related administrative and operational tasks, including documentation and data processing.
  • Achieve and maintain insurance or collection performance targets as set by Management.
  • Respond to customers' insurance-related enquiries through email, inbound, and outbound calls.
  • Prepare documentation such as Undertaking Letters, Add-to-Pay Letters, and Refunds.
  • Verify payments received from insurance companies and liaise with the Processing Improvement Department for crediting.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) guidelines, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Update insurance tagging and relevant information in the Collection System.
  • Support any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in collection, insurance operations, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Exposure to credit management or financial/banking operations is an added advantage.
  • Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a team environment.
