Job Summary:

The Content Creator (Live Host) Executive will be responsible for producing creative visual and video content, managing live streaming sessions, and engaging audiences across social media platforms. This role requires strong creativity, on-camera confidence, and a good understanding of current digital trends to drive brand awareness and customer engagement for Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in
    Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, Broadcasting, or related field.
  • Minimum
    1–2 years of experience
    in content creation, social media, or livestream hosting (F&B or retail industry experience is an added advantage).
  • Confident, energetic, and charismatic in front of the camera.
  • Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Familiar with
    TikTok Live, Facebook Live, Instagram Reels
    , and short-form video trends.
  • Basic knowledge of
    video editing tools
    (e.g. CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere) and photography/videography skills preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Develop and execute creative content plans aligned with the brand's marketing objectives.
  • Create engaging photo, video, and social media content for various digital platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
  • Ensure all content reflects the brand's tone, voice, and visual identity.

Live Hosting & Engagement

  • Act as the main
    on-screen host
    for live streaming sessions, product showcases, food reviews, and promotional events.
  • Interact naturally with online audiences during live sessions to boost engagement and sales.
  • Prepare and present brand messages, menu highlights, and key talking points during livestreams.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to plan and schedule live sessions.

Social Media Management

  • Monitor engagement, feedback, and trends to enhance content performance.
  • Assist in responding to online comments, inquiries, and community interactions.
  • Track and analyze metrics to improve content strategy and audience reach.
