Key Responsibilities
Client Account Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving any concerns.
- Identify client needs and propose tailored media solutions to enhance satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
- Prepare proposals and presentations to pitch to potential clients
- Develop quotes and proposals
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement, price and specifications with clients
- Actively try to build relationship with client for future projects
Project Management
- Plan, execute, and manage media projects and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
- Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and milestones, ensuring all deliverables are met within scope.
- Collaborate with creative, sales, and production teams to align resources and workflows.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions.
Collaboration and Reporting
- Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure clear communication and expectations.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports, performance metrics, and post-campaign analyses.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and project documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management and/or project management, ideally within a media, advertising, or related industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field (preferred).
