Business Development Executive will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to create brand awareness and generate interest in our service of Rehabilitation Care (Stroke / Post Surgery) and Elderly Day Care.

You will be part of event direction and creation for our marketing campaigns, and will actively be engaging in the design and framework development and execution of both internal and external events.

Job scope:

  • To contribute to the development and execution of marketing and communications campaigns for various activities, initiatives and events
  • To involve into design/content creation of marketing materials such as flyers, banners and adverts as well as manage social media of company to create branding and awareness of active aging.
  • Establish cooperation with other healthcare facilities, such as clinics, hospitals, rehabilitation centre etc.
  • Administer all aspects of internal and external exhibition event, conference and activity. This includes liaising with the different teams (Nursing / Rehabilitation/ Operation / Administration)
  • Attend & reply to any inquiry from the customer via social media, email & telephone
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with an existing customer in person and via telephone calls and emails

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in area of business development and marketing , or equivalent
  • Minimum Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Event management, Human Resource Management, Healthcare management, etc
  • Exceptional writing and speaking skills are a must
  • Proven ability to be proactive, responsive, detail-oriented, demonstrate good judgment and the ability to work quickly across shifting priorities and tight timelines with the goal of delivering best-in-class service, quality, and accuracy
  • Position requires a high degree of adaptability and professionalism.
  • Result oriented and willingness to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
