Senior Customer Success

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact post-implementation.
- Understand each client's business processes, challenges, and success metrics to ensure optimal use of the system.
- Conduct regular health checks and business reviews with clients to drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address enhancement requests, prioritize product improvements, and align deliverables with client needs.
- Develop tailored onboarding and training materials to help users fully leverage the platform's capabilities.
- Track client feedback, identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and share insights with the sales and product teams.
- Monitor usage patterns and proactively identify at-risk accounts or areas needing intervention.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles in fintech or enterprise software.
- Solid understanding of trade lifecycle management, clearing, or back-office operations.
- Exceptional relationship management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing enterprise accounts and coordinating across technical and business teams.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and customer analytics tools.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities with a client-centric mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6, RM10,000.00 per month
