About The Role: You will play a key role in managing and expanding our traditional and social media content offerings. This includes handling tasks related to third -party vendors and content partners, such as verifying media lists, coordinating activations, processing updates and orders, and overseeing invoicing to ensure profitability.A major part of your responsibilities will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with content partners, assist in project coordination and client service support, resolve content -related issues, and ensure accurate and timely content delivery to clients. You will also be in charge of managing subscriptions, maintaining up -to -date pricing and product information for both internal and third -party content.This role reports directly to the Regional Project Manager and involves close collaboration with the Client Services team to ensure smooth content delivery. As the role supports clients across the APAC region, fluency in both written English and Chinese is essential. Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a translation test. Key Responsibilities:Ensure media lists, pricing details, and onboarding information from content partners and third -party providers are accurate and up to date.Identify and resolve issues related to content processing and delivery.Guarantee timely and accurate content delivery to all clients.Assist with the onboarding, maintenance, updates, order placements, and cancellations of client services involving third -party providers.Oversee invoicing with third -party vendors, ensuring prompt payments and tracking usage and profitability.Collaborate with the Regional Project Manager and Client Services team to manage and optimise clients' media monitoring profiles on a daily basis. Requirements ● 1–2 years of relevant experience in media intelligence or a closely related role involving content, product, or project management, preferably within a fast -paced, client -focused environment ● Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, coordinate, and execute multiple tasks and priorities within deadlines ● In -depth understanding of the local and regional media landscape, including key media outlets, digital platforms, and content trends across APAC markets ● Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality in all aspects of work, particularly when handling data, content, or client deliverables ● Proactive and analytical problem -solving mindset, capable of identifying issues quickly and implementing practical, scalable solutions ● Excellent written communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to translate, edit, and convey information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences ● Familiarity with the media monitoring or media analytics industry is considered an asset, especially knowledge of industry tools, workflows, and best practices ● Working knowledge of Boolean operators and their application in content filtering, search queries, and media monitoring systems is a plusBenefitsHybrid working arrangement with work -from -home options Easily accessible and walking distance to public transport 21 days Annual Leaves and comprehensive benefits Opportunity to work closely with international teams and global clientsBe part of a rapidly growing MNC with great career pathway and positive team culture
