We are seeking a hands-on E-Commerce Operations Supervisor with proven experience growing sales on Shopee and TikTok Shop. This is a proactive, results-driven role — not just uploading products.

Location: Taman Industri Selesa Jaya, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor.

Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,500 + Commission (based on sales performance)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily shop operations for Shopee & TikTok: listings, customer service, orders, and campaigns.
  • Create and optimize product titles, keywords, main images, videos, and descriptions.
  • Monitor shop KPIs: CTR, conversion rate, repeat purchase, ROAS, SLA.
  • Coordinate promotions, campaigns, vouchers, and platform activities.
  • Respond to customer enquiries, reviews, and complaints professionally.
  • Analyze sales and traffic data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure stock accuracy and timely fulfilment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in e-commerce operations (Shopee/TikTok).
  • Proven track record with measurable results: monthly orders, revenue, or shop growth.
  • Strong skills in listing optimization, keyword research, and basic video editing (CapCut/VN).
  • Familiar with platform rules, SLA, penalties, and customer service SOPs.
  • Independent, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
