Job Responsibilities:

  • Team Supervision: Train, motivate, and oversee Line Leaders and Production Assistants to achieve daily targets.
  • Process Compliance: Communicate and monitor adherence to process changes and safety procedures.
  • Shift Coordination: Ensure smooth shift changeovers and provide feedback on production issues.
  • Production Management: Maintain equipment in production mode, escalate non-production uses, and initiate quality re-captures.
  • Planning and Reporting: Manage manpower and materials to meet targets, review WIP reports, and prepare output reports.
  • 5S Implementation: Enforce 5S standards and compliance with SOPs.
  • Collaboration: Work with support groups on production matters.

People Management:

  • Briefings and Reports: Lead daily briefings and prepare shift performance reports.
  • Welfare and Discipline: Address team grievances, handle minor and major misconduct, and coordinate cross-training.

Quality Accountability:

  • Compliance Enforcement: Ensure SOP and specification compliance.
  • Defect Management: Verify and recapture defects, escalate issues, and follow up on quality performance changes.
  • Communication: Relay quality alerts and information to relevant teams.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering, preferably with supervisory experience.
  • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Fresh graduates with management backgrounds are welcome to apply.
