Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Consultant (AI Mattress Showroom) to join our team If you enjoy helping people make the right purchase and creating a comfortable shopping experience, this role is perfect for you.

What You'll Do:
  • Welcome and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the best mattress options
  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions
  • Help customers make confident purchasing decisions and handle transactions efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented showroom
  • Keep updated with new product arrivals and attend product training
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues professionally
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
Job Requirements:
  • Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
  • Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude
  • Pleasant personality with confidence in approaching customers
  • Passionate about sales and comfortable working with sales targets
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Training will be provided — experience in retail or sales is a bonus but not required
