About the Role:

We are seeking a Creative Designer (Campaign) to join our dynamic marketing team supporting Lazada Malaysia. The ideal candidate will bring fresh, innovative ideas to life through compelling visuals that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create visually appealing designs for a broad range of in-app visuals,

including digital banners, social media graphics and campaign elements.

  1. Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and produce visual

content aligned with specific campaign objectives.

  1. Ensure visual consistency across all campaign assets.

  2. Liaise with stakeholders and requesters to accomplish assigned tasks.

  3. Maintain organized files and documentation of campaign assets to

facilitate collaboration.

  1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.

  1. Execute assigned tasks efficiently and effectively in a timely manner.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in creative design, preferably within e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong sense of visual aesthetics, layout composition, and color theory.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality creative work.
