We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting the company's overall financial operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
  • Ensure timely submission of invoices, payments, and collection follow-ups.
  • Maintain proper accounting records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other relevant authorities.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience (experience in construction or engineering industry is an added advantage).
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
