Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions including vehicle sales, service income, spare parts inventory, and workshop expenses
  • Prepare full sets of accounts: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and bank reconciliation
  • Monitor and report on vehicle stock movement and parts inventory valuation
  • Process payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) for workshop and office staff
  • Handle SST submissions and ensure compliance with automotive-related tax codes
  • Assist in budgeting for service campaigns, fleet sales, and promotional events
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government bodies for financial reporting and compliance
  • Support administrative functions such as insurance renewals, road tax tracking, and vendor payments

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping, preferably in automotive or retail sectors.

    Fresh Graduates are also welcome.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., AutoCount)
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with workshop managers, sales teams, and parts coordinators
