Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial reports, manage budgets, and handle cash flow management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger.
  • Generate and process invoices, track payments, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Oversee general administrative tasks such as handling correspondence, organizing office supplies, and maintaining records.
  • Ensure adherence to financial and legal regulations, prepare tax filings, and assist with audits.
  • Handle monthly stock take for all products.
  • Provide insights on financial performance and suggest areas for cost reduction or revenue improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
