About the Role
.

We're looking for an
SAP CPQ Analyst
to join our newly created
CPQ Platform Team
. This is an individual contributor role designed for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, developing creative technical solutions, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible within SAP CPQ.

You'll partner with business analysts, architects, and end users to design, configure, and implement solutions that power our global operations — ensuring we perform at the highest level.

What You'll Do

  • Configure, develop, implement, and maintain
    SAP CPQ
    systems and programs to meet business needs.
  • Design and implement
    Iron Python
    scripts for custom functionality, product triggers, and workflow automation.
  • Develop and enhance custom UI components using
    Knockout JS, HTML, and CSS
    .
  • Build integrations across systems using
    REST APIs, Soap UI/Postman
    , and middleware such as
    CPI, S/4HANA
    , or
    webMethods
    .
  • Work on
    pricing models, workflows, approvals, global scripts/actions
    , and user management.
  • Drive performance tuning initiatives and continuous improvements across the CPQ landscape.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document design specifications, and lead technical workshops.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and deliver enhancements, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Integrate SAP CPQ with ERP, CRM, and PLM applications for seamless business connectivity.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree with
    3+ years relevant experience
    (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • At least
    3 years of professional programming
    in
    Microsoft .NET
    and
    Iron Python
    .
  • Deep experience in
    SAP CPQ customisation
    — products, pricing, quoting, workflows, and output management.
  • Strong proficiency with
    SQL/MySQL
    ,
    UI development
    , and
    API design
    .
  • Proven ability to
    create, enhance, and optimise Iron Python scripts
    for SAP CPQ.
  • Solid understanding of
    object-oriented development
    and Agile delivery methods.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A mindset of
    continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation
    .

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Computer Science, MIS
    , or related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience with
    SAP CPQ 2.0 Release
    .
  • Background in
    Agile software development
    .
