Working Location: Bakar Arang, Sungai Petani

Required: Mandarin proficiency

  • Identify risks and plan quality for new products
  • Follow up on quality improvement in trial production
  • Lead and solve the quality problems in mass production (assembly, inspection, packing); continuously improve the pass rate of complete machine production
  • Responsible for quality data analysis and report output, such as 8D report, weekly and monthly quality report, and tracking long-term improvement effect
  • Communicate with customers and communicate effectively with customers on quality related issues
  • Collect customer standards, standardize internal standards, integrate supplier standards, ensure consistency among the three parties, and create product quality standards

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Familiar with ISO systems, FMEA, auditing, and quality tools
  • Minimum 1 years' work experience in the electronic product manufacturing industry
  • Experience in the machine assembly, inspection & packing
  • Manufacturing environment or related industry is preferable
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills & result-driven mindset
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Candidates must be willing to work in Sungai Petani, Kedah
