Responsibilities
Group A
- Perform daily data entry duties and support operations activities.
- Issue Invoice using Autocount system.
- Attend & respond promptly to customers' support.
- Issue Quotation for customers' enquiries .
- Issue Purchase Order.
- Attend & respond promptly to supplier support.
- Issue Inquiry for request price from supplier.
- filing documents in their proper locations.
GROUP B
- Update stock goods in store systems.
- Check stock and take out goods, from store as request by superior or Purchase Order from customer.
- Trace and track status of shipment incoming and outgoing : (courier service such as : Fedex, Skynet, Gdex, Jtex, DHL and others)
- Do the packaging for ready item (parcel to ship out daily).
- Filing documents in their proper locations.
- Complete and support other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Minimum 'SPM' level / Certificate or equivalent (basic account).
- Team player with positive work attitude.
- Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
- Liaise with local Chinese customer and staffs.
- 5.5 days' work week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
