Responsibilities

Group A

  • Perform daily data entry duties and support operations activities.
  • Issue Invoice using Autocount system.
  • Attend & respond promptly to customers' support.
  • Issue Quotation for customers' enquiries .
  • Issue Purchase Order.
  • Attend & respond promptly to supplier support.
  • Issue Inquiry for request price from supplier.
  • filing documents in their proper locations.

GROUP B

  • Update stock goods in store systems.
  • Check stock and take out goods, from store as request by superior or Purchase Order from customer.
  • Trace and track status of shipment incoming and outgoing : (courier service such as : Fedex, Skynet, Gdex, Jtex, DHL and others)
  • Do the packaging for ready item (parcel to ship out daily).
  • Filing documents in their proper locations.
  • Complete and support other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements

  • Minimum 'SPM' level / Certificate or equivalent (basic account).
  • Team player with positive work attitude.
  • Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
  • Liaise with local Chinese customer and staffs.
  • 5.5 days' work week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
