senior technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of various air conditioning systems (split unit, cassette, VRV/VRF, AHU, etc.).

• Handle installation, repair, and maintenance of walk-in chillers, cold rooms, and refrigeration systems.

• Lead a team of technicians at job sites and ensure all works are completed according to project timelines and specifications.

• Diagnose system faults and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and record all service activities properly.

• Ensure tools, materials, and spare parts are well managed and maintained.

• Liaise with Project Manager, clients, and suppliers for technical support and coordination.

• Comply with company safety standards and site work procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Mechanical or Electrical field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC and cold room systems.

• Strong technical knowledge in air conditioning, refrigeration, and electrical wiring.

• Ability to read wiring diagrams and refrigeration schematics.

• Able to lead a small team and work independently with minimal supervision.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel to different project sites.
