As a Culinary Intern, you will gain exposure to various aspects of kitchen operations in a supportive and structured environment. From prep work to plating, you will learn alongside passionate professionals and build the confidence needed for a successful culinary career

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist chefs with food preparation including cutting, chopping, marinating, and basic cooking.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen according to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Support in the preparation and plating of meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
  • Learn and follow standard recipes and presentation specifications.
  • Receive and store food supplies, ensuring proper stock rotation.
  • Observe kitchen operations and participate in training sessions led by culinary leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising chef.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: RM RM800.00 per month
