Airline Customer Service

Responsibilities
You will be serving a world famous airlines/travel agency.
- Communicating with customers through various channels and acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservation.
- Act as a liaison between customer and airlines/hotel to arrange special request/ to resolve complaint.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements:
- Required language(s): Japanese and English (able to converse, read and write)
- Candidate must possess at least JLPT-N2 or JLPT-N1 certificate or graduated from universities in Japan.
- Candidate must be able to work 24/7 rotational shift
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent level
- Experience in BPO/call center background will be an added advantage
Working days: 5 days per week (including weekends & public holiday)
Working hours: Rotational Work Shift (9 Hours Per Day)
