About the Role

As a Luxury Retail Client Advisor, you will represent the brand's heritage and values through exceptional client experiences. You'll engage with discerning customers, provide expert product knowledge, and build lasting relationships that reflect the brand's prestige.

Location: KL

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to commissions

Working Hours: 5 days work week, Rotational shifts, including weekends & public holidays

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a world-class luxury shopping experience, embodying the brand aesthetic and values.
  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-up.
  • Drive sales and achieve individual and boutique targets through clienteling and product expertise.
  • Maintain impeccable visual standards, ensuring the boutique reflects the brand's sophistication.
  • Support store operations, including stock management, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  • Stay updated on new collections, brand history, and styling trends to inspire clients confidently.
Requirements
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in luxury fashion retail or high-end customer service.
  • Genuine passion for fashion, style, and luxury craftsmanship.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a refined presentation.
  • Confident, proactive, and client-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
