Job Description:-

  • Prepare cost estimates, develop comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BQ) for civil and structural, mechanical or electrical works, and tender documentation.
  • Assist in contract administration, including progress claims, variation orders (VO) and final accounts.
  • Measure and value work done on-site for progress claims and interim payments
  • Provide advice on contractual issues, procurement strategies, and cost optimization
  • Support project managers in decision-making with accurate cost data and reports
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations and industry standards
  • Participate in site visits and attend project meetings as required
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Job Requirements:-

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or other related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experiences in quantity surveying within construction, MEP (mechanical, electrical & plumbing), interior design & fit-out sectors
  • Good knowledge of construction materials, cost control, and contract administration.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices in the construction sector
  • Proficiency in using construction-related software and tools
  • Good commands in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak in Mandarin would be added advantage but not a must.
  • Ability to work independently and travel to project sites when required
