Facade Designer (RM4000-RM6000)
- Create facade shop drawings, fabrication drawing and design sketches, presenting innovative solutions for complex architectural challenges.
- Participate in design meetings to address issues and present proposals, working closely with clients, contractors, architects, and consultants.
- Provide valuable technical advice to the team and raise RFIs for design or technical concerns.
- Monitor shop drawing approvals, design changes, and additional scope of work, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Assist the project team with site issues when necessary.
Requirements:
- Experienced in Aluminium and Glazing Design works.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related disciplines
