Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm, courteous, and attentive service to all guests.
  • Manage the cashier counter by scanning items, processing payments, and ensuring all transactions are accurate.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all product prices and promotional discounts are correctly applied during checkout.
  • Handle payments via cash, credit/debit cards, or other accepted methods, and return correct change when applicable.
  • Balance and verify the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Provide customers with product pricing or information upon request.
  • Follow all cashiering procedures and report any irregularities or issues to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with hygiene standards.
  • Assist team members with routine operational tasks when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of experience in the food & beverage or retail industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to adapt to changing responsibilities, shifts, and working environments.
  • Honest, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
