The Marketing Executive will support the hospital's marketing, branding, and communication initiatives with a strong focus on digital content creation and social media execution. This role involves developing creative assets, managing social media platforms, coordinating marketing campaigns, and supporting corporate and community engagement activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills, be highly creative, and stay updated with current digital trends.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Attend to enquiries related to hospital services and facilities from corporate partners.
  2. Assist in establishing, managing, and maintaining relationships with public authorities, NGOs, private hospitals, general practitioners, corporate clients, and media partners. Ensure the contact database is updated and maintained.
  3. Plan, organize and execute hospital events, health talks, roadshows, CSR activities, and community engagement programmes.
  4. Support the execution of public relations, advertising, and promotional activities across digital and traditional platforms.
  5. Ensure all marketing and promotional materials are relevant, updated, and consistent with brand guidelines.
  6. Develop, design, and edit creative assets for digital and print use (e.g. social media posts, posters, brochures, videos).
  7. Produce engaging social media content to strengthen the hospital's online presence.
  8. Keep up with current digital, social media, and content trends to create relevant, high-impact content.
  9. Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Education and Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Graphic Design or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in design and creative tools, including:
    Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva
    (Added advantage: video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent)
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Must have own transport and be willing to travel within Klang Valley.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage with individuals at all levels.
  • Able to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Demonstrates flexibility, creativity, and self-motivation.
