Job Descriptions

  • Responsible to grow new card customers, spend and receivables via competitive product value proposition, Customer engagement activities and card activation
  • Responsible to grow product level profitability to ensure optimize the revenue growth with controlled cost.
  • Drive digitalization for customer application journey/sales channels via our own AmOnline platform and partners collaboration.
  • Product management from end-to-end, which encompasses product positioning & development, pricing, processing and servicing, distribution, credit policy & marketing.
  • Responsible for affluent, mass affluent, co-brand, cards product profitability via pricing, engagement, marketing strategy
  • Direct responsible for the new cards acquisition target via acquisition, channel, segment and product development strategy
  • Responsible to grow key drivers of new customer activation, spend, utilization, receivables, revenue & market share

    Ensure to achieve all the key sales and financial drivers in line with the overall cards target
  • Focus on strategy & initiatives for product value proposition, customer life cycle engagement and improve customer profitability
  • Identifies key customer needs, usage and attitudes as a basis for developing, innovating or refining products/pricing
  • Drive marketing of product enhancement and newly developed solution & channels i.e digital on boarding, partners collaboration & etc.
  • Independently manage relationships with internal & external stakeholders on sales, acquisition, marketing, compliance, regulatory etc.
  • Identify potential segment for product cross selling based on customer modeling from customer behavior, profile, segmentation & etc.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to identify the gap and opportunities for business and regularly report product performance to management
  • Ensure operational excellence and ensure adherence to control/governance processes
  • Perform business and customer needs assessment, development and documentation of business for product enhancement and better customer onboarding journey

Job Requirements

  • Degree-holder preferably in Finance / Statistics / Mathematics
  • Minimum 8 years in the financial industry
  • Knowledge of retail banking products including marketing, analytics, product and segment management
  • Progressive experience in new strategic product development, innovation and marketing management
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills an ability to influence outcomes for business result
