We are looking for motivated and highly committed Site Coordinator Intern to help us expand within the Homestay & Hospitality industry.

This role involves overseeing the execution of design plans at our project sites and ensuring that everything runs smoothly from concept to completion, on time and on spec. Turning interior design concepts into real, well-managed spaces.

Job Requirement:


• Related education in or prior experiences is a major plus.


• Having working experience and diploma/degree is a plus, but not a must.


• Good at connecting with people.


• Willing to travel to different project sites to manage them.

Scope of Work:

1. Site Monitoring & Supervision

  • Assist in daily site inspections to ensure ongoing work aligns with design plans, quality standards and timeline.
  • Monitor contractor progress and flag delays or issues to the project team.
  • Help enforce safety regulations and cleanliness on-site.

2. Documentation & Reporting

  • Take daily photos of site progress for reporting and documentation.
  • Record site updates and submit progress reports to the supervisor.
  • Maintain site diaries/logbooks to track work done, materials used, and manpower on-site.

3. Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with site supervisor and designers on the deliveries.
  • Assist in relaying instructions from the site supervisor or designer to site workers.

4. Material Handling

  • Track delivery and usage of site materials.
  • Help check received materials for quantity and quality, and ensure safe storage.
  • Report any discrepancies or shortages in material stock.

5. Design & Layout Support

  • Assist in basic layout setting on-site using measurement tools.
  • Support designers with on-site verification of design implementation.
  • Flag potential site issues that may affect the design outcome (e.g., M&E clashes, wall finishes, etc.)

6. Administrative & Ad Hoc Tasks

  • Organize and file documents like drawings, permits, and inspection records.
  • Provide support on ad hoc tasks as and where needed.

Internship Learning & Development


• Shadow Site Supervisors to learn how to manage real-time project challenges.


• Learn about reading technical drawings, understanding BOQs, and applying basic site safety protocols.
